SYMPTOM:
dpkg-configure fails when updating redmine to version 3.2.1-2 (Ubuntu 16.04)
due to a missing Gemfile.lock in /var/lib/redmine/
Gemfile.lock does exist, but is locates at /usr/share/redmine/
ERROR (same error as when using apt update):
$ sudo dpkg --configure redmin
I am using debian, not ubuntu. Yet when I clicked 'it also affects me'
the ubuntu status updated

I've tracked down cause of the problem:
There is a couple of bugs in tray.py update_menu()
1. There is a wrong if statement:
if self.player.is_stopped() or self.player.is_playing():
stock_id = gtk.STOCK_MEDIA_PLAY
elif self.player.is_paused():
stock_id = gtk.STOCK_ME
