One thing worth noting, I also have Windows XP on this laptop and when I
ask it to suspend it first pops up with a Toshiba Mobile Extensions
window and says it is currently undocking the laptop and on waking it
pops up and says it is docking again. I wonder if this is a requirement
in order to slee

I have a Toshiba Tecra M3 laptop running Ubuntu Gutsy. I have installed
the patches in bug #139045 in order to fix the suspend issue and this
works when the machine is undocked but the machine does not suspend when
docked.
