Today I installed the lastest kernel from the repositories:
3.13.0-29-generic. I rebooted and the system boots like it should. After
that I reinstalled the faulty 3.13.0-27-generic kernel. Now the system
boots up as well, but There was not much working: The network did not
come up, my keyboard was

I was able to boot an older kernel and then I ran:
sudo apport-collect 1326216
I hope the flood of files to this bug is not too big. I had not known
this command, until I found this page.

I just installed a fresh ubuntu 12.04.2 64bit server and I installed samba in
the ubuntu installer.
Unfortunately this seems to install a buggy version. After spending two hours
of search I just tried to remove samba and it told me, that it is not
install
I can confirm that it worked until the last update, because a downgrade
helped for my xymon installation on ubuntu 12.04:
checked the version with:
apt-cache showpkg xymon
installed the old with:
apt-get install xymon=4.3.0~beta2.dfsg-5

I've upgraded today from a native 11.10 install to 12.04. I ran into

I got a new iPhone 4S with iOS5 on it. I connectet it to Natty (with
libimobiledevice2 1.1.0) and to Oneric (with libimobiledevice2 1.1.1).
