Mandell's twitter profile picture is showing up in replacement of my
personal friends.

It looks as if the internet radio station is not outputting the correct
meta data of the song. It doesn't seem to be Rhythmbox's fault.

Can you please go to System > Administration > Software Sources >
Download From:
Click "Select best server". A series of pings will be initiated and a
new server will be chosen. Try using the software center after that.
Please keep us updated.
