I can confirm using Xinerama, nvidia-glx-180 180.44-0ubuntu1 and xserver-xorg-core 2:1.6.0-0ubuntu14. Usually when my mouse gets stuck in one screen I can move it into the lower part of the other screen. A workaround to get the mouse working properly again seems to be moving a window half in one
