I have issue even worse. Raised it as well that on the latest lTS or
24.10 versions on the latest kernel 6.13 HDMI is not working and screen
is flickering with AMD CPU and Radeon GPU.

I have upgraded/updated OS and kernel - HDMI started to work but later
on screen started to flicker and it enede up with amdgpu errors. This
all ended up in OS reinstall as it did not even boot!!

HDMI worked for 1 day but started to flicker and then whole system just act's

Not sure why, what and how to investigate but I think this is AMD driver
related.

Yes, this is just to get a fix of my system because I am not able to use
HDMI and can't connect external screen at all. This is not a hardware
issue because it was working before on my Windows OS of this same
notebook machine.
