for me, copying ubuntu/grubx64.efi did not solve the issue, instead
downgrade to 2.02-beta2-9ubuntu1.6 solved it.

has anyone resolved this? bug #1366546 does not seem to be moving

Now I have built the latest version 4.17.1 in my ppa, see

I've installed it from there and it works. Now how do I get this to the
distro?

Also affects xulrunner-1.9.1.5 on Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic, but slightly
different. The error messages are visible only in the Error Console,
otherwise everything seems to go fine.

To be more precise, the problem seems to be in usability. To take the changes
into use, one must go to 'Edit Index/Table..', select tab 'Styles' and reassign
the changed styles.
wouldn't it be more intuitive if the assigned styles would be updated

Fill character of contents styles not changed according to setting

I want to set Style for Table of Contents.
I select Contents 1, change the 'Fill Character' on the 'Tabs' tab. I do
it for Contents 2, Contents 3 and Contents 4, too. The setting only
affects Contents 1 and Contents 2 but not Contents 3 or
13 matches
