Firefox 3.0b3 does not detect mozilla-mplayer plugin on Ubuntu 7.10,
either. This seems to be a problem with the browser rather than the
operating system.

Yes, it's only supposed to be there if there are too many tabs,
logically. I've only noticed this in FF3b3.

Very recently (within the last week), gnome-terminal stopped opening
