it hasnt happened to me in a long time now. i think it was a server side issue
which is now resolved.
I cant say to marked "Solved" yet, but it hasnt happened for maybe a month.

same problem. also, if someone wants to send me a link, you have to remove the
http:// part. or same error message.
i tried a few config workarounds, and nothing is working. tried http method,
and a few plugins. switched to no proxy. all no good.
