stage in attempt to achieve key file authorization for root partition during
boot process on 13.04.

The situation is weird. This is not raid, without lvm. blkid from-under
initramfs console shows nothing related to the drive as well as in live
environment.

I can't even guess what could cause it, but after reboot i ended up with
"cryptsetup: evms_activate is not available" on luks-encrypted instance
of 12.10 x86_64
