Ubuntu karmic koala, i've the same problem. Problem was not present at ubuntu jaunty. Audio cdrom are mounted automatically but data cdrom not (iso9660, maybe udf too). My fstab cdrom line : /dev/scd0 /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,noauto,exec,utf8 0 0 Tried with (but same problem)
