As provided in comment #23, We had manually downloaded the 5.17 specific kernel
deb packages

and we were able to successfully connect

Actually I am getting an error on setup of devstack.
I have done the analysis on error, So that I can be able to know that

No sound at all in my HP DV6. I use ubuntu 13.04 alongside windows 8.
Sound in windows 8 works just fine Unless I log into Ubuntu. On the Next
restart sound in windows also fails. Reinstalling the BIOS fixes the
problemwith windows
