Is this backed up by some user research data? And why installed programs
disappear from “Best rated”? Is the installed app no longer best rated?

After removing Volley Brawl and installing it again I am able to review
it. It's a problem solved for me only. For a long run it looks like

At the moment there's no visual differences between new messages and those
already seen.
When I click on new messages in indicator, Gwibber window appears, for couple
of seconds showing old messages, then jump to the new ones, so the newest is at
the top. It's hard to tell
I use ATI graphics card without proprietary driver and still have this issue,
so I don't thing it's graphics driver related .

history view is not right. For example instead of 16:57 it shows 04:57. Not

After installing Ubuntu 11.10 I can't install an app which I've bought in
Ubuntu 10.10. It's called Valley Brawl.
I go to File->Install previously purchased apps. I wait couple seconds and
nothing is displayed.

server.
What I did:
1. Start Tomboy
2. Go to Synchronization tab in Preferences
3. For “Server” select “Tomboy Web”
4. Press “Connect to Server”
5. In Firefox select “Add this computer”
6. You see:
