Debian Bug # 558116 Fixes this issue apparently. http://bugs.debian.org
/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=558116
Would be nice to have in Ubuntu 9.10, because right now I don't know how
to get a clean smb.conf file.
** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #558116
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrep
Same popping sound here:
ch...@basement:~$ aplay -L
front:CARD=NVidia,DEV=0
HDA NVidia, ALC883 Analog
Front speakers
surround40:CARD=NVidia,DEV=0
HDA NVidia, ALC883 Analog
4.0 Surround output to Front and Rear speakers
surround41:CARD=NVidia,DEV=0
HDA NVidia, ALC883 Analog
Yay, so after a restart, everything works now! Thank you so much.
