I read over bug report 98795.
I added "main restricted" to the end of line 5, and I am able to retrieve
updates.

Can I work without it? I have commented the line out and I am able to
retrieve updates, but I am concerned that I am not recieving all of the
updates that I should.

It seems that the disk that is in CDROM0 is not able to be read. The
Ubuntu 7.04 alternate disk is in the drive.
