I did sudo apt-get dist-upgrade in KDE4-environment and I installed

Logout works right in Kubuntu. Logout in Gnome showed only background
image. Logout in KDE4 gave black screen and window's upper bar was gray.
But I can now use fglrx and It's really good :)

add sudo rights for matti, but sudo visudo doesn't work. If I press i

Only one error is still on my ubuntu desktop. If I install something and
I'm watching box what shows how much is installed from packages I see
this box same color as background, gray. It's normally brown, same as in

I can install fglrx in alpha 5 but it doesn't work. I got black screen
with gray line downside of screen. And when I booted recovery mode and I
tried to fix X I got Ubuntu back. But if I select "return to normal
boot" in recovery mode my desktop is clear white without any items. And

My wireless connection disappeared, when I did apt-get dist-upgrade from
gutsy to hardy and the second time it disappeared when I installed

I have Asustek M6VA Laptop and Ati Mobility Radeon X700 graphic card. I
have reported about errors of it in Ubuntu Hardy before this. One error
is white and brown lines in place what is been window. Refreshing of
display is very slow, too. I have screenshot.

I selected System -> Adminstration ->Hardware Drivers. And I pressed
enable in ATI accelerated driver. After this Ubuntu downloaded something

I have same problem. I cannot change to command line, too.But I can
login by safe mode. My Graphic card is integrated ATI XPress 1150 and
this is desktop computer. All was right in my laptop when I started live
cd. Anyway I will try to install Ubuntu to this.

I installed Ubuntu Alpha 4 from cd. And I selected connect to other
wireless networks. After this I selected personal wpa2, but I didn't set
selection AES-CCMP. I selected AUTOMATIC and wireless network runs
right. I had same problem in Gutsy. I haven't to select AES-CCMP, I have
