Temp solution
1 Right click folder or file>rename
2 Right click on current folder(file) name, select 'scim input method'
3 Now you could rename it in Eng or other language

Create a new folder, then choose it, click the right button, select 'rename',
strike ctrl+space to open SCIM Chinese Simplified, then could not input any
characters. Could not rename successfully.
Could use command 'mv' to finish this operation. In 'mv', could input Chinese
