i am seeing the same behaviour, hrtimer_start_range_ns causes more than
2000 wakups:
87.4% (2002.0) : hrtimer_start_range_ns (tick_sched_timer)
7.6% (174.2): ahci
1.3% ( 30.2): iwlagn
1.2% ( 27.2): acpi
0.7% ( 15.8) : Rescheduling interrupts
