i found what was wrong. scribus doesn't use my desktop config, i had to
set text zones in latin

i just installed ng through the ppa but 1.5 doesn't work, but it used to work
on my last 15.04
the keyboard is in french everywhere, scribus is the only one to refuse éèà
etc., while i set up in french in the software itself
