The plugin framework also needs the Qt Quick Controls an Layouts files. Not
sure if they are included in this package or not.
A good test to figure it out is to activate the ABC Import plugin which require
these files. Go to Plugins > Plugin Manager > Tick ABC import plugin and check
if it's in

Apparently in Gnome, F10 should fire the File menu of the current
application. In MuseScore sources, F10 is associated with Display ->
Mixer. The package should change the shortcut of the mixer.
