Even if the bug, or the underlying causes for the bug, is not going to
be fixed (missing /etc/inittab), we need a firm description on how to
workaround this. Every upgrade or every installation causes this bug to
trigger and it is really enoying! For example: was not able to install
Adobe Reader pl

If folder "/etc/inittab" does not exist, the installation package is not
creating it, but is instead terminated with error messages. After
creating the missing folder, no more error messages.
