There is a newer version in karmic-proposed waiting for people to test it. It
fixes both reported FTBFS and another bug reported by users. There is also
another report about it: LP: #317366. Please, check it for instructions how to
enable karmic-proposed repository and test package.

Well, there is a new revision of rxvt-unicode package in debian so I've
requested a merge - mostly to test out the new bzr merging system.
