[Bug 1724977] Re: two mouse cursors visible at the same time on rotated screen

2017-11-03 Thread jeffbl
Confirmed - rotated second screen causes duplicate cursor. Luckily the second one is un-rotated, so it is easy to know which is the "real" cursor. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1724977

[Bug 778490] Re: Random logout after upgrading to Natty Narwhal 11.04

2011-05-19 Thread jeffbl
I've seen this without Chrome running at all. It is happening once or twice a day, which really makes my machine unusable, as my VirtualBox sessions are killed each time. I'm probably going to have to go back to Lucid, since my machine keeps crashing, and I also cannot suspend resume without crashi

[Bug 745112] Re: [arrandale] desktop is messed up (goes black) when laptop is docked with two external 1920x1200 monitors (x86_64)

2011-05-04 Thread jeffbl
I also had to delete my monitors.xml on my thinkpad x201. I've also found that putting one display above the other is a recipe for disaster - Chrome especially freaks out and makes a short window that can't be expanded, rendering it useless, and all my windows lose their titlebars routinely. [Bug 546578] Re: black screen after a few user switches

2010-05-22 Thread jeffbl
I considered that screen flash a security issue - the "flash" lasted several seconds if my machine was bogged down, and let anyone see what was going on for any logged in user, which should *never* be possible. Glad that is fixed as a side-effect of this, and hope it doesn't return later. -- blac
