Confirmed - rotated second screen causes duplicate cursor. Luckily the
second one is un-rotated, so it is easy to know which is the "real"
cursor.

I've seen this without Chrome running at all. It is happening once or
twice a day, which really makes my machine unusable, as my VirtualBox
sessions are killed each time. I'm probably going to have to go back to
Lucid, since my machine keeps crashing, and I also cannot suspend resume

I considered that screen flash a security issue - the "flash" lasted
several seconds if my machine was bogged down, and let anyone see what
was going on for any logged in user, which should *never* be possible.
Glad that is fixed as a side-effect of this, and hope it doesn't return
later.

Similar issue on Ubuntu Lucid 64-bit, upgraded from karmic on a Thinkpad
x200. Switching users typically works a few times, then I get the black
screen. Occasionally there is a mouse pointer, but usually not. I can't

I am seeing this frequently in 9.04 Jaunty. Thinkpad x200, Jaunty final
installed. When I switch back to the first account I logged in to using
the fast user switching menu, I see a brief flash of the entire screen
before the login panel appears. I don't think it happens every time, but
