The 3rd level all mixed up on keyboard after upgrade
At times i HAVE had the correct keyboard layout even after the upgrade
from Jaunty to Karmic. I am not sure what this depends on or what
changes it. Whenever I run the binary /usr/bin/gnome-keyboard-
properties, though, the keyboard layout reverts to the faulty one

After upgradind from Ubuntu Jaunty to Karmic, I have not had the at (@) sign in
my keyboard anymore. I use the Finnish layout.
In the Finnish keyboard layout you need to press AltGr + 2 to get the sign
sorely needed in email communication.
