I cannot think of any reason for having a 0.2 second delay before showing the Alt+Tab window. It is just a bad default. The default value for popup_delay should be 0. It's just a trivial change, and almost all users use Alt+Tab nowadays, and a 0.2 second delay is quite noticeable in this case. S
