Same bug for HP DV7-3110ev with Lucid 64 bit running 2.6.32-24 kernel. If you switch off the touchpad lock button and then you switch it on, the keyboard "freezes" at all, and you need restart if it is possible via usb mouse. The same bug it was reproducible even with Lucid 32 bit 2.6.32-22 -- HP
