The reason for my error message was the concern for the users like me
which ones cannot afford the modernest computers!

I just ran the following command in the terminal for data that maybe could help
you:
apport-collect 1958679
Before that, I restarted my notebook with the problem kernel 5.13.0-27,
which blocks the screen with white and black bars after suspending it.
But now I can no longer use the suspend comma

At first this:
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/ntp.postinst
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ntp
then
Tests with something like this:
sudo update-rc.d -f ntp remove
sudo update-rc.d ntp defaults
sudo update-rc.d ntp start 20 2 3 4 5 . stop 20 0 1 6 .
