Everyone can try to download latest driver from Ralink, MediaTek website:
http://www.mediatek.com/_en/07_downloads/01_windows.php?sn=501
and download RT5572 USB driver.
I don't try to compile it with
sudo make
sudo make install
but everyone can test this method with latest driver.
Missed to say that after install you need reboot computer!

Why there is still beta packages under Oneiric? NetworkManager update contains

the recommend change should be applied to "usb_modeswitch.conf" ( if
any) . try edit the
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules
to disable the rule place a # at start of the line , example

People please update modem firmware and software on them. After I updated with
latest HUAWEI E220 modem firmware and software from my provider all started
working fine
I believe that I have found problem and this is modem firmware problem!!
