The bug is still actual and not fixed in Ubuntu 11.04.

I cannot find a way to create a bug in the ppa:pitty/postgresql, so I'll do it
here.
I've installed postgresql-9.0 from the ppa. There is a list of installed
packages:
$ aptitude search postgresql | grep ^i
i postgresql-9.0
Same problem with Ubuntu 10.04. My friends faced with the problem too
(with 10.04), so it looks like launchpad problem, not apt.
