@ #43: it's not necessary to start skype withe the pulse_server
argument. Just do the test call via skype with opened pulse
volumecontrol and change in tab "Aufnahme" (I think it's called
"Recording" in English) during the test call from "monitor..." to
"Intern analog stereo". After that skype work
