a copy of the license itself should be included with the source code,
not just it's name.
as mentioned in the copyright file:
"You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public License
along with this program."

I'm packaging gnome-exe-thumbnailer for Fedora, and on the package
review i was told that i should include the license in the package, and
that i should ask upstream to include license files in next release.
