the pnvm file as mentioned in other bugs but once I did that it loads.
After upgrading to 21.10 I needed to rename that file again and then it

Running blkid in initramfs only finds the first drive
Right now it stopped happening, although I did see something briefly
last week that fixed itself on a reboot.
If it happens again I'll check those details.

Actually, the version of libvirt I'd upgraded from was 5.0.0-1ubuntu2.2

went straight from 4.6.0 to 5.0.0, which were released 5 months apart.
Also, 5.0.0 is itself several releases behind.
I'll test 4.60 first, then try the latest version of libvirt and see if

battery is detected correctly, but in 2.6.20-16 there is no battery

I'm having the exact same problem on my Acer 1681. I can only boot into
the 2.6.20-12 kernel. The other versions hang at "Loading acpi modules".

except the lo part in /etc/network/interfaces. Make sure your interfaces
