operation is already pending
But only on the second CD, or USB drive or whatever. The first one I use
works fine, the second will not open properly, and I get the message
above. Currently using Ubuntu 64-bit, with SATA drives, new
minal that would help you
diagnose this, please ask.

Ubuntu 8.10 here, no problems since the latest CUPS update through the
repos, which I did soon after this status changed to Fix Released.
