Very much needed to get unity between different programs and their tab
behaviour. It is this way in nautilus

I believe this problem developed after upgrade to 11.10
So for example, I have a program running in workspace 3, and it is set
in a window grid (you know, from grid in compiz, where it can snap to
different areas of the screen).
I then am back working on a different program
