Opening OO-files from within mutt which used /etc/mailcap, you get the
exception 'terminate called after throwing an instance of
'com::sun::star::uno::RuntimeException'. This is what I can see due to
the '-no-oosplash' option.
$ soffice -no-
Running Jaunty Beta 2.6.28-11-generic #40-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 3 17:39:41
UTC 2009 x86_64 here on a 13.3" HP Pavilion dv3550eo and with the same
lspci output as above.
Same problem, brightness isn't affected using brightness keys.
/proc/acpi/video/VGA/LCD/brightness do change however.
