I can also confirm: WiFi on, Nokia HERE on, no location data received in normal
Apps or "SensorStatus".
What can I do?
Does someone still need some debugging Data?

Also tried this one:
~$ sudo do-release-upgrade
told me to report /var/log/dist-upgrade/[apt|main].log
so i looked into them.
/var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log ends with a line as follows:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or
