Only a very small majority of users actually need this fuction, It
should be disabled by default with a package to enable it for the users
who need it.

Thanks for the responce, I ran fsck and some other checks and was
unsecessful in fixing the issue. I was recommended to reinstall on irc
which solved it. Sorry for the nuisance.

There should be some OS restrictions to prevent or allow something like that
happening as there is not way for me to change or reset these permissions.
For example chmod should not cause problems but be flexable enough to fix them,
which is a standard electronics code that could help system malfu
