After Eclipse upgrade, eclipse cannot start.
After removing ~/.eclipse directory, eclipse starts up. After some time,
JVM hangs with backtrace in attachement.

When system boot freezes on Saving VESA state and I try to switch to
another terminal ALT+F1, screen gets totally broken and I must restart
my laptop.
Start of X server doesn't change screen, still broken.
