Wobbly windows can cross the Gnome-panel.

When you increment the size of the main panel bar appears a new bar at the
bottom of this.
With other themes like "Dust" and "New Wave", it doesn't happens. The bar is
displayed correctly regardless of size.

That version is working fine, al least in my own case. I am using Ubuntu
Karmic.
