problem resolved. I don't find why. I only change some parameters for
the screen sleeping...

the system start correctly
after 4 or 5 applications opened such as amule, rhythmbox, firefox, when i
start something like nautilus or any else application, the screen becomes blank
(with unic color), sounds is in loop & no mouse or keyboard are active.

I would mean, that the mouse pointer disappear after suspend or
hibernation when no password is required to unlock the screen.
On the contrary, pointer mouse is present after suspend or hibernation
when password is required to unlock the screen.
