I would like this to be re opened. I think the current way of having a
room to marked as favorite in the conversation menu is unintuitive. I
would like to always have recent rooms be available in the rooms menu +
a possibility to remove them from the menu.

It seems that insserv is already fixed, just upstart does not output the
required lsb-header information when a job is run with /lib/init/upstart-job.
The attached patch will fix this.
