Just tried the 20 April daily and am experiencing the same symptom:

such file or directory
The workaround of doing a hard reset of the flash drive was successful.

These bugs seem connected to me, I described both errors in

get home from work and see if it changes anything.

I'm on an ECS A780GM-A motherboard with an SB700. lspci attached.
FWIW, I'm using Unetbootin to write the image off of my torrented file.
If someone will point me at a partitioner/formatter, I'd be happy to try
that as well.

I had submitted a dupe to this, the relevant details seems to be the
processor, an Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (brisbane).

I used Unetbootin to create a bootable usn device to test the beta, and
am unable to get it to finish booting. Same process works just fine
with Intrepid. On Jaunty it throws an error:
