end of first paragraph advises that one should install grub to ubuntu root
partition. This is not currently correct. should be changed or deleted as
default grub install
XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 doesn't work for me but i'm using latest x from
ppa(don't know if that's relevant to the bug though)
