I confirm for Kubuntu 15.03 with 3.19.0-15-generic. With the hint #11 and #12 I
could implement a workaround with discard enabled in fstab. Instead of
deactivating the controller, I only disabled NCQ in /etc/default/grub:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash libata.force=noncq"
After update-
I have a M510 mouse and K800 wireless keyboard. If the problem appears,
it affects both, the keyboard and the mouse. My impression is that if I
switch on the devices only after I'm seeing the login screen, that the
problem doesn't appear. I didn't have an issue that the mouse/keyboard
stopped worki
Hi Tony,
did you reboot after application of the option? Maybe you also need to drop and
recreate the wireless profile after the modification and boot.
