I have the same problem as well. I deleted automatix, and uninstalled
wine from synaptic and automatix. I still recieve my wine error message.
(if it would help could someone tell me how to edit sources.list)

i uninstalled automatix and was able to rid myself of the first two
errors, while the last one keeps popping up. Wine is gone, automatix is
gone and i still get the wine error.
