I feel like having the same hardware than you, but the issu is not
solved for me. That said, it seems to behave better than previous
kernels. I will try to load 2.6.32.9+

The bug I have (had) is marked as duplicate of this one. So here is the
workaround I am currently using:
I disabled automatic ubuntuone connexion at startup.
What append is that I have to manually reconnect after a sleep mode and I have
to reenter the password for keyring - gnome password

last update works fine for me. I had to select all kind of sources in
"update manager" to get the update. Default settings would not tell me
that there is a new version of Ubuntu One.
