I m using ubuntu 9.04 jaunty.
Every time i use my Fn keys on my laptop especially those which control
brightness the pop up windows showing the current brightness through a
horizontal bar the bar is not correct. In fact the bar is ignoring the actual
brightness.

brightness is the lowest so i have to raise.
Isn't there a way to automatically be at full brightness?
