Same here on AMD64, also no updates on libglib2.0.0 yet. Also update-
mime-database and other tricks doest not seem to solve the problem after
many reboots.

I had the same problem. In the log files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/,
there were a bunch of errors on compiz and beryl having broken
dependencies. I completely removed compiz and berly. Problem is gone.
