yes , that's affect me too ..
for example :
i run gksu nautilus in terminal , then i enter a wrong password i get the
following :
a...@arab-laptop:~$ gksu nautilus
GNOME_SUDO_PASSSorry, try again.
sudo: 3 incorrect password attempts
there is no notification about an error and go back to termin
