ubuntustudio-controls is in deed outdated.
Since the introduction of /etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf we no longer
need to add that file.
As for firewire, /lib/udev/rules.d/60-ffado.rules is installed by
default with the standard Ubuntu installation, so we no longer need to
add that either.

As I've understood this bug is caused by RT_GROUP_SCHED being enabled in
the kernels configuration.

When fully charged and after I pull out the power cable, Ubuntu claims
the power is critically low and starts to hibernate. Before going into
hibernation I did see a message claiming I had 55 minutes left of
battery power. Laptop is: LG G51-NPR031-xxx. Celeron Processor.

Same thing here. Total system freeze.
I have an older computer with amd sempron, built in graphics. No 3d.
I also get a system freeze when visiting some web pages with lots of flash
content.
Sometimes the freeze happends when resizing a pdf window, or using mouse scroll
on web pages. Something
I get this. Old computer, integrated graphics without 3D. Especially
when visiting sites with a lot of flash content, and then scrolling with
the mouse.

I did have problems installing Ubuntu Studio (bad DVD), and used "Advanced
Mode" during installation.
Maybe this bug is related to locale.
I am using en_US.UTF-8
I think I should be using en_US.ISO8859-1.

Taking away this bug.
I'm now using the final version of Ubuntu Studio Jaunty, with the realtime
kernel.
No luck getting Nvidia to work.
Don't know if it's related to xorg.conf, or a problem with the nvidia-packages.
Read on the internet that the nvidia-drivers don't mix well with the rt-kernel.
